I want to introduce PHP Image Upload Script. This script has some greate features:
- can run on both PHP4 and PHP5
- can use ’safe’ upload (exif module required)
- gives embed codes of uploaded image
- can be used costume templates

Installation
Downlload PHP Image Upload Script. Upload contents of RAR file to FTP. Change permissions for uploads directory to 777. Edit config.php for configuration. Apply template for index.php file. Point your browser to script installation path.
